Edvard Grieg Arietta op. 12 no. 1 from Lyric Pieces. Solo piano. Performed live in studio by renowned concert pianist Vadim Chaimovich.
Solo piano. Lovers, with touch of melancholy and longing, as if unsure if it’s going to work out in the end. Rich harmonies alternate between positive and introspective. Would comfortably support a scene without dialogue.
Mysterious / Awaiting / Obscure / Uncertain / Thoughtful / Riddle. Small orchestra soundtrack piece, featuring live performed orchestral instruments, suitable for film and other media.
Joseph Haydn: String Quartet in B-flat major (Erdody, Sunrise) Hob. III:78 Op. 76 No. 4: Movement 2. Adagio. Recorded live in studio by the Allegro String Ensemble.
Frederic Chopin Waltz in A-flat, Op. 69, No. 1 L'Adieu. Solo piano. Performed live in studio by renowned concert pianist Vadim Chaimovich.
A gentle, warm and very Irish sounding arrangement of this traditional Celtic / English ballad. Irish flute, acoustic guitar, soft strings. Romantic, homely, wistful, nostalgic and a very beautiful melody that everybody knows and loves.
This slow cyclical waltz speaks of tristesse, loss, tenderness and longing. Style similar to Erik Satie. Two melodies gently intertwine and separate to create a story all their own. A hanging or resolved ending are both possible with some easy editing.
